A note about dues and membership options: In 2000 there was a hike in BLM use fees (they doubled!) and we were forced to increase dues. This increase in BLM fees costs us an additional $18/member/year if you attend all the launches. Of course not everyone attends all the launches so we are now offering two levels of membership to allow you more flexibility.

• Regular Member, this costs $20/year. Includes newsletter, membership card, electronic bulletin board, discounts on t-shirts and electric matches (etc.) and voting privileges, plus a $10 discount on launch fees.
• Premium Member, this costs $60/year. Includes all of the Regular member benefits PLUS admission to all of this year's BlackRock launches. Non-member launch fees will increase to $30/launch
• Family Member. this costs $10 per person per year.  Persons in the same family as a Regular or Premium member, who is paying dues at the full rate,are eligible for this reduced rate. (Only one copy of the newsletter will be sent to each household.) Please print a separate form for each add Family Add-On Member.
